Trulli Alti is a beautiful villa with swimming pool located on a hill in the Salento countryside near Alliste (3km), a few km from the white beaches of the Ugento marina. Typical construction of the lower Salento, Trulli Alti is made up of five pajare (Salento trullos) originally dating back to 1860, now completely renovated to become a prestigious villa surrounded by panoramic terraces overlooking the valley and a wonderfully maintained garden full of aromatic herbs and scrub bushes Mediterranean.

COMPOSITION (all on one floor) – 5 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed

The villa is made up of two adjacent residential units: a first unit is characterized by a living/dining room with sofa bed and French window overlooking the large terrace overlooking the garden, a small fully equipped kitchen, 1 slightly smaller double bedroom created in the interior of an original trullo, 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower which can be accessed from the living room; the second unit, however, is composed of a living/dining room with kitchenette, 3 large double bedrooms, one of which directly overlooks the terrace, and 2 bathrooms with shower.

EXTERNAL

In addition to the large and well-kept garden, the property offers multiple outdoor spaces that allow you to fully enjoy the comfort, tranquility and charm that characterize this solution. The various terraces that go all around the house are set up with tables and chairs perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. A large gazebo furnished with sofas and a dining area is located close to the swimming pool to ensure maximum relaxation at any time of day. Near the swimming pool there is also a large outdoor shower and a complete bathroom.

EQUIPMENT: The villa is equipped with air conditioning, BBQ, TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, private swimming pool and parking.

Note: the rental cost includes bed and bathroom linen, all utilities and WiFi internet, garden and pool maintenance. Upon arrival it is necessary to pay a security deposit of €500 which will then be returned upon departure subject to verification of the absence of damage. The rates indicated in the table are for a maximum of 10 guests. The 2 additional beds available on request on a sofa bed and have an extra cost of €30 per night each. Any changes of linen requested during the stay have an additional cost of €30 per change. Extra for pets €300 per stay. Smoking is prohibited in the house and failure to correctly divide waste according to separate waste collection will result in the payment of a penalty of €100.
