Beautiful villa immersed in the countryside close to Specchia, one of the most beautiful, characteristic and renowned villages in Salento. Villa Lena is a country house where you can breathe all the flavor of Salento tradition and culture, expertly finished and furnished by a young architect from Lecce who wanted to make it a place of peace and relaxation for all his guests. It is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to spend a holiday in contact with nature, immersed in the quiet of the countryside just a few minutes from a lively town that offers many services and entertainment opportunities. The beautiful beaches of the Ionian side of the Salento coast are just 18km away (Marina di Pescoluse, the famous Maldives of Salento) while the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast are approximately 10km away.

COMPOSITION (the villa is divided into two floors)

Ground Floor: entrance, large recently built fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace furnished with wooden furniture, large living room with large fireplace furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, wet bar, small living room/study with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, wooden staircase leading to the first floor. From the living room, a French window leads to a large covered terrace furnished with a long wooden dining table, chairs and a living area perfect for relaxing in the cool.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; a large terrace runs all around we recommend that you be very careful with children.

EXTERIORS

The villa is immersed in 7 thousand square meters of land characterized by beautiful olive trees, roses and aromatic plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. In a part of the garden near the villa, a dining area has been created, set up in the shade of a large sail and characterized by a 3m long handmade table covered with expertly assembled colored majolica tiles. In a raised and very panoramic position there is the swimming pool created inside an ancient cistern which has now been recovered and arranged to guarantee maximum relaxation and comfort.

EQUIPMENT

The villa is equipped with bed and bath linen, pool towels, fireplaces, private parking, hairdryer, heating, fans, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, private swimming pool.

Note: Stays are minimum 7 nights and run from Saturday to Saturday from June to September, in the other months it is possible to arrange check-in on different days; the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, water and gas consumption and wifi internet. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Animals are not allowed.

To be paid extra: consumption is included up to a maximum of €200 per stay, any extra consumption will be quoted at the end of the stay based on the cost per kW of the last bill; final cleaning has an extra cost of €350 to be paid at check out; heating for the winter periods which costs €300 per week. For 2 beds over 12 guests there is a supplement of €80 per night per person. A security deposit of €500 must be paid upon arrival and will then be returned upon check out after checking the absence of damage.
