With just one hour by car you can reach the beautiful city of Matera with its fascinating “sassi”. The Masseria can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 wonderful double bedrooms (it is not possible to provide twin bedrooms).

COMPOSITION

Ground Floor: main entrance, small study/reading room, large living area with fireplace and piano equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen furnished in classic style, dining room; 1 double bedroom with en suite underground whirlpool tub and French window onto the external courtyard; 1 bathroom with shower equipped with beauty products (soap, shampoo and shower gel). The kitchen leads through a French door to the large external courtyard characterized by large and shady porches furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Large stone BBQ and outdoor kitchen top.

First floor: sitting room with fireplace and splendid view of the garden equipped with air conditioning; 1 double bedroom with satellite TV, safe, walk-in closet, small balcony; 1 conjugal bedroom; 1 bathroom in the corridor shared by these two rooms; 1 double bedroom with en-suit bathroom with shower. All the rooms overlook the courtyard and the garden behind the Masseria.

Outdoors: the property is surrounded by 3 hectares of completely fenced garden; large courtyard with furnished pergolas for very pleasant moments of relaxation in the fresh air and to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors; Stone BBQ and outdoor kitchen worktop; 1 bathroom with shower where the washing machine is located. Pool area equipped with: 11x12m salt water pool, outdoor shower, gym area, sauna, shaded area with 8 sunbeds, changing room equipped with fridge and bathroom, lunch/dinner area with wood-burning oven for pizza.

Equipment: Wi-Fi; satellite tv; dishwasher; washing machine; iron and ironing board; electric oven and induction cooking system; microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer; External BBQ, pizza oven and external induction hob.

Services included in the rental cost: welcome cocktail; welcome basket (salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, milk, american coffee, moka, nespresso my capsules not included); concierge available 24 hours a day by telephone; beauty kit in each bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, toilet paper, slippers); bed linen, towels and pool towels (1 set of towels plus 1 bathrobe and 1 pool towel per person); dishwasher and washing machine detergent; fresh flowers in all rooms; daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms (2h per day); change of bed linen and towels once a week (Wednesday); final cleaning; private internal parking.

Extra services on request: further changes of linen; additional cleaning services; laundry service; private chef; olive and wine tasting; babysitters; transfers to and from the airport; autism; massaged; personal coach; yoga classes; cooking class; car, boat and bicycle rental.
