Wonderful farmhouse immersed in hectares of olive groves located just outside Squinzano, a beautiful town in the upper Salento, Tenuta Afra is the ideal place to enjoy a completely relaxing holiday immersed in nature. Walking among the centuries-old olive trees that surround the property to discover the different morphologies taken on by the trunks over the years is a unique and exciting experience that will fascinate young and old.

COMPOSITION

The farm is made up of 3 independent apartments capable of hosting 6 people each and 1 double bedroom located in the ancient cistern in the basement:

LA PIGNATA: located on the first floor, it is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a large living room with 2 double sofa beds and a kitchenette. It is completed by a large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the olive grove and the swimming pool;
LU FARNARU: located on the first floor, it is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette. It is completed by a beautiful terrace furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden and olive grove;
LA CAPASA: located on the ground floor, it is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette. It is completed by an exclusive outdoor space furnished with outdoor furniture.
THE CISTERN: romantic double bedroom with bathroom located in the ancient cistern which is located in the basement.
EQUIPMENT

all apartments are equipped with: hot/cold air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, terrace or furnished outdoor space, alarm system. The swimming pool is available to all guests of the structure.

Note: the rental cost includes weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. However, extra costs remain for any additional cleaning (€35), additional change of bathroom linen (€5 for each set), change of additional bed linen (€5 for single bed and €10 for double bed). Upon request, with advance notice, it is possible to organize brunches.

The structure is also available for events as it is equipped with a large room with fireplace, LU PARMIENTU, suitable for hosting up to a maximum of 60 people.
