Wonderful farmhouse with swimming pool, not far from the sea and the center of the beautiful city of Ostuni, immersed in a green expanse of lush olive trees, Masseria Ulivi is a perfect combination of the elegance of a prestigious charming residence and the magnificence of the traditional architectural structure of the building typical of this fascinating region of southern Italy. It is the ideal location for those who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature, near the sea without giving up the comforts and pleasantness of a home with a welcoming design, expertly finished and finely furnished.

COMPOSITION (divided into two levels)

Ground Floor: large modern style kitchen fully equipped with direct access to the outdoor terrace where the dining area and outdoor relaxation area are located; dining room and lounge; 1 double bedroom with en-suit shower bathroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 matronly bedroom with en-suit shower bathroom and bathtub with panoramic view of the garden;

First Floor: study with direct access to the terrace equipped with sofas and relaxation area, TV room, 1 double bedroom (the master) with en-suit shower bathroom and direct access to the terrace with panoramic views of the olive trees and the sea;

OUTDOORS

The farm is surrounded by a lush olive grove and is embellished with beautiful, well-kept gardens; a large, suitably shaded outdoor dining and relaxation area is located near the house immediately outside the kitchen; in the back garden there is the swimming pool (11mx11m, depth 1.50m), another dining area and a second garden where a comfortable relaxation area is set up under the shade of a pergola, characterized by stone sofas covered with comfortable cushions. A beautiful vegetable garden is available to guests so that they can help themselves to its fruits.

FACILITIES: bed linen and towels, pool towels, wi-fi, barbecue, swimming pool, underfloor cooling system throughout the house, outdoor shower, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board , satellite TV, collection for children, vegetable garden.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, daily cleaning service (5 hours of service, Sunday excluded), midweek change of sheets and towels, Wi-Fi. However, extra costs remain to be paid directly on site: final cleaning €200 and the tourist tax. Upon request it is possible to organize the following services: shopping service €40; cook service for dinner at a cost of €200 per service (food and drink costs are extra); breakfast service at a cost of €50 per service (the cost of food and drinks is extra); additional cleaning services at a cost of €12 per hour; additional change of linen €12 per room; collection for children under 3 years old €15 per day; high chair €10 per day; car seat €20 per day; mountain bike rental €40 per person per week. Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay a security deposit of €1,000 in cash (other methods of payment of the deposit must be agreed and approved in advance).
