Villa La Nave

Large villa with swimming pool and wonderful sea view located on a promontory behind the small marina of Santa Maria al Bagno near Nardò, Villa La Nave is a typical Mediterranean-style villa finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, perfect for welcoming families or groups of friends who want to spend a seaside holiday near the beaches of the beautiful Ionian coast near Gallipoli. Enjoying the sunset or the lights that illuminate the bay at night while sipping a cocktail immersed in the indoor jacuzzi will give you unique and unforgettable moments!

COMPOSITION (all articulated on one level)

The villa consists of a large open space living area with living/dining area and kitchen. This room leads to a secluded corner where there is a large jacuzzi with chromotherapy and a wonderful sea view. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a French bed, 1 twin bedroom and 5 bathrooms, three of which are en-suit with shower and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

OUTDOORS

The villa is equipped with various outdoor dining and relaxation areas both on the large terrace facing the sea where the swimming pool is located and on the side terrace where a second dining area is set up under a large shaded gazebo. Everything is surrounded by beautiful ornamental plants and palm trees which make the atmosphere particularly relaxing. Large and beautiful white curtains allow you to have lunch al fresco while enjoying the view in total privacy.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa occupies the ground floor of a two-storey building with another completely independent house on the upper floor. All the outdoor areas and the swimming pool are absolutely exclusive to the villa. Only the access gate to the property is for shared use between the two houses.

EQUIPMENT

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, TV, internal parking, private swimming pool with equipped solarium area, indoor jacuzzi with sea view, barbecue and laundry.

Note: The rental cost includes all utilities and WiFi internet. However, extra costs remain to be paid: bed linen, towels and pool towels for a total cost of €150 to be paid upon arrival and final cleaning €250. Upon arrival you will be required to pay a security deposit of €2,000. If required by local legislation, payment of the tourist tax may be required upon arrival.
