Wonderful Masseria dating back to 1700, recently completely renovated to be used as a charming residence perfect to host those who want to immerse themselves in a traditional holiday experience without giving up the modern comforts of a luxury villa equipped with a large living area with fireplace in Lecce stone, bright dining room characterized by a barrel vaulted ceiling and a large and functional fully equipped kitchen. Particular attention deserves the intimate and reserved swimming pool with whirlpool and solarium set in a courtyard between high dry stone walls, prickly pear and olive trees, an ideal place for pleasant moments of intense relaxation. The beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast near Otranto are only 10 minutes away by car.

COMPOSITION
The Masseria is divided into two separate bodies, the main one where there are living and dining areas, kitchen, bathroom and 4 double bedrooms each with independent entrance from the outside. One of the rooms is located on the first floor and is accessible by an external staircase located near the pool area. In a side part of the garden, not far from the swimming pool and the external veranda, there is an annex that houses 2 other double bedrooms (slightly smaller than the others) also with independent entrance from the outside. Each room, each with en-suit bathroom, guarantees a welcoming and exclusive stay. All different in exquisitely handcrafted furnishings and typology, they have been renovated and furnished in order to enhance the essence of the historicity of the places by retracing characteristic moments of the Salento culture. Each accommodation is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, safe, private bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, courtesy line, mirror. If required, the three bedrooms in the main building can become triple thanks to the addition of a single bed each.

EQUIPMENT: private parking, wifi-zone, swimming pool with hydromassage, use of bicycles.

Note: the weekly rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, 1 mid-week cleaning service with towel change, pool and garden cleaning and maintenance. Additional cleaning services, cook service, personal trainer, masseur and babysitter are available on request at an extra cost. Any extra beds (up to a maximum of 4) have an extra cost. Late check in between 20.00 and 23.00 supplement of € 30.00. Security deposit for damages of € 700.
