Trullo dei Ciliegi

Beautiful trullo with swimming pool located a few km from Alberobello, the Trullo dei Ciliegi is characterized by an ancient body (formed by a trullo with two cones and a lamia) and by a newly built part, communicating with each other, skilfully restored and furnished with furniture and fine finishes such as to make every room warm and welcoming, a perfect mix of modern, colors and typical suggestions. Outside, the property is surrounded by a beautiful orchard characterized by almond and cherry trees and by a well-kept lawn that extends on the rear of the house up to the pergola and the swimming pool.

COMPOSITION

Ancient unit: 60 square meters divided into four rooms, a lamia used as a living area furnished with a dining table, sofa, TV and stone fireplace; mezzanine with kingsize double bed (cm 180 x 200, memory foam mattress and pillows of different heights), as well as a single bed; a trullo with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and cellar fridge; a kitchen furnished with fridge, oven, microwave oven, induction plate, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toast plate, complete with pans and cooking accessories; a bathroom with shower and tub for two with hydromassage.

Newly built unit (communicating with the first from inside): 35 square meters equipped with double bed (200 x 160 cm, memory foam mattress and pillows of different heights) and single bed, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS

Outside the houses, immersed in a countryside planted with almond, cherry and fruit trees, you can take advantage of an area of over 600 square meters of which 300 square meters of lawn, with swimming pool and pergola, as well as ample parking private, equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The salt water swimming pool measures 4 m x 10 m and can also be heated up to a temperature of 38 degrees, making it possible to use it even in the cooler periods. The solarium area is set up with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. Next to the pool is a 32 square meter masonry and wood pergola, furnished with a sofa, armchair and tables, which offers shade and comfort during the hottest hours and an ideal place in the evening to drink and eat in company. Under the pergola there is a masonry bar counter, with sink, induction hob, mini fridge and it is also equipped with loudspeakers to which you can connect your sound devices and listen to your favorite music. Behind the pergola there is an outdoor shower with hot water.

Note: the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, all utilities, WiFi internet, daily housekeeping service and laundry service. There remains an extra cost to pay the amount for the final cleaning equal to € 250. Additional cleaning services, serious cooking, transfer services and rentals can be arranged upon request. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the security deposit of €… and, if required by law, the tourist tax.

 

 

RATES 2023 – In the months of July and August the minimum stay required is 7 nights, in the other periods it is possible to request a shorter stay but not less than 4 nights.
