COMPOSITION (all on one floor) – max 8 guests

The villa consists of a large living room which can be closed thanks to a large sliding door in order to transform it into a bedroom as it is equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning; fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room; 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.

EXTERIORS

The villa is surrounded by a large garden characterized by a pine forest and other ornamental plants typical of the area. Large areas of lawn make the outdoor area perfect for children too, for moments of cool relaxation or play. A large gazebo in the center of the garden is equipped with table and chairs, not far away is the swimming pool area with solarium area, 2 external showers and bathroom.

NOTE: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, WiFi internet and final cleaning. Extras are available on request: midweek cleaning at a cost of €15 per hour and linen changes at a cost of €20 per person. As per regulatory provisions, the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. Pets allowed with a supplement of €50. Security deposit €700.
