It is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a stay in contact with nature in a context of total relaxation just a few minutes from the wonderful sea of ​​Salento.

COMPOSITION (the structure is on two levels)

Ground Floor: entrance, large living area / open space kitchen which leads to a large porch where a large table with chairs is set up for dining al fresco, 4 double bedrooms each with its own ensuit bathroom, staircase leading to the lower floor ;

Lower Floor (also accessible directly from the garden via an external staircase): 3 double bedrooms each with its own ensuit bathroom and a small terrace of exclusive relevance; laundry area.

EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by 2 hectares of olive groves and red earth, through a path of white brecciolina you reach the pool area where, slightly raised, there is a beautiful infinity pool with solarium set up with sunbeds and umbrellas. In this area there is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with an induction hob. Internal parking.

Note: The rental fee includes all utilities, bed linens, towels, pool towels, garden and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, and a welcome pack. Upon request and at an additional cost, the following are available: villa cleaning service for €50; additional sets of bed linens and towels (€20 for sheets and €15 for towels); breakfast service (max duration 2 hours) for €15 per person for a minimum of 10 people. Personal training, massages, and personal chef services can also be arranged. A €1,000 security deposit is required upon arrival to cover damages. The minimum stay is 7 nights, but stays of just 3 or 4 nights are permitted during low season.
