APPARTAMENTO CROCE – CIS LE07500291000003359 (first floor) – 4 beds: it is the only apartment that is set up on two levels and is composed of a first floor with large entrance and living area with sofas, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; a ground floor with dining room, kitchen equipped with kitchenette and fridge and a stone fireplace, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

APPARTAMENTO AFFRESCO – CIS LE07500291000003346 (first floor) – sleeps 6: 3 double bedrooms all with private bathroom and 2 single beds in 2 of these bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofas, entrance and dining room, large fully furnished terrace with view of the swimming pool.

APPARTAMENTO ARCO  CIS LE07500291000003370 (ground floor) – 2+2 beds: Large entrance hall, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, large living room with double sofa bed; through a medieval arch you arrive in the living room where the dining area with equipped kitchen is located. There are two completely independent entrances (one from the cloister and the other from a path overlooking the property).

APPARTAMENTO CONCHIGLIA CIS LE07500291000003366 (ground floor) – sleeps 4: apartment near the pool area, which is visible from its windows, composed of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living/dining area with kitchenette (fridge, hob and microwave), 2 completely independent entrances.

EQUIPMENT OF THE WHOLE PROPERTY

The structure is furnished with precious antique furniture, Persian carpets and rare archaeological finds which are part of a private collection belonging to the owner. It is also equipped with all comforts such as a HI-FI, LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioning and central heating. The pool is also equipped with a solarium, laundry area and some bicycles.

Notes: The rental week includes the consumption of water and gas, bed/bath linen, a cleaning service (2 women for 2.5 hours six days a week). Electricity is not included and must be paid according to consumption.

Distance from the sea: 6 km (Marina di Novaglie) low cliffs with easy access to the turquoise sea, picturesque restaurant served with a small lido. Better equipped beaches are found in S. Maria di Leuca 11 km away, together with the beautiful sandy beaches of “Le Maldive” in Pesculuse 12 km away.
