Wonderful recently built villa located in the fascinating marina of Santa Maria di Leuca, Villa Azul thanks to its elevated position enjoys a beautiful panorama of the lighthouse and that stretch of sea where the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Sea meet off the most extreme point of Italy. The villa represents a perfect combination of architectural style, modern design and use of typical local materials and elements. Wood, stone, fabrics and colors … nothing is left to chance, everything has been chosen to create a splendid harmony that guarantees guests the extraordinary experience of a unique and unforgettable stay.

LAYOUT (the villa is divided into two levels which are not communicating from the inside)

Upper floor: large open space living area set up with large stone sofas covered with comfortable and functional cushions and illuminated thanks to large windows that open onto the front and back of the villa creating a natural unicum between inside and outside; fully equipped modern kitchen and large dining table with chairs; 2 double/twin bedrooms each with en-suit bathroom; small guest bathroom in the living area.

Lower Floor: 3 double/twin bedrooms each with en.suit bathroom; 1 smaller double bedroom with en-suit bathroom available only on request and suitable for hosting children, teenagers or service staff; large laundry room with refrigerator and utensils supplied with the floor.

OUTDOORS

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and flowerbeds full of Mediterranean plants and vegetation; from the living area there is direct access to a large shaded terrace equipped with sofas and a table for al fresco dining; immediately outside the kitchen there is an external service area equipped with a large worktop and barbecue; swimming pool with solarium area; external shower and external bathroom serving the swimming pool. From the large and beautiful terrace on the roof of the villa it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of the lighthouse and the sea as well as unforgettable sunsets.

NB: be careful with children on the external stairs leading to the villa, accessing the roof terrace and accessing the external bathroom and laundry.

Note: the weekly rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, all utilities, wifi internet, daily cleaning service (3 hours per day), garden and pool maintenance. Upon request it is possible to organize additional cleaning services; cook or personal chef service; transfer services; car, scooter and bicycle rental; massages and yoga lessons; personal trainer; cooking class. Small pets allowed on request. Pet supplement €25 per day. Security deposit to be paid upon arrival €800.00. As per current legislation, where applicable, payment of the Tourist Tax will be required upon arrival.
