Prestigious Palace from the 1500s now finely renovated and furnished, Palazzo Blù is located in the center of an enchanting, exquisitely Salento village just a few minutes’ drive from Otranto and its beautiful beaches. LAYOUT – 4 double bedrooms – 2 triple bedrooms

The building (approximately 600m2 in surface area) is spread over two levels and is divided into different rooms, all well connected to each other thanks to both internal and external stairs and corridors.

Ground Floor: it is characterized by two independent units (both with direct access also from outside the property), one of which is composed of 1 large double bedroom with en suit bathroom/bathtub and fireplace, a small living room with dining table, kitchen and  guest bathroom; the second, more spartan, is made up of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. Moving forward into the courtyard you reach access to the large living area of the building consisting of a large dining room characterized by a very long table and chairs in a modern/contemporary style, fireplace and overlooking the swimming pool and garden; large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs set up in “veranda” style thanks to the numerous windows that make up the wall of the room overlooking the swimming pool and garden, creating a continuum between inside and outside of great charm and suggestion both during the day and in the evening. Finally, in this wing of the house we also find 2 fully equipped kitchens, one of which is habitable, a small room used as a secondary living room and a guest bathroom.

First Floor: is characterized by 3 separate sleeping areas accessible through a play of terraces, steps and differences in level overlooking different views of the garden. The first area is made up of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom each with its own bathroom/tub; the second one is made up of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom which share 1 bathroom with shower; finally, the third is composed of 1 double bedroom with bathroom/shower. On this floor there is also a small laundry room with washing machine.

OUTDOOR

The exterior is characterized by a large terrace of approximately 100m on which there is a pergola which houses a large table with chairs perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners; BBQ; a very long designer swimming pool (20x2m) in an intense blue color with a solarium area set up on a tech platform set up with deckchairs and sun loungers; a small citrus grove.

Note: the weekly rental cost includes bed and bathroom linen and cleaning of the garden and swimming pool; however, extras remain to be paid apart from the costs of electricity and gas consumption (with an excess of €100) and the final cleaning of €250. Additional cleaning service is available at a cost of €10 per hour.

Palazzo Mosca and Palazzo Blu can be rented together because they are adjacent and connectable through the internal courtyards. In this way they reach a total of 12 bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 25 guests.
