VILLA MEDITERRANEA is located on the coast road of Santa Maria di Leuca, in a stretch characterized by a high rocky coastline, with a splendid panoramic view of the sea. The structure is separated from the sea only by the coastal road, which from Santa Maria di Leuca reaches the suggestive Ciolo inlet, so the distance from the sea as the crow flies is approximately 30 metres.

The Villa is well finished, the floors are in Neapolitan terracotta and 18th century ceramic tiles; it is furnished with antique furniture and comfortable, modern armchairs and sofas. Outside, the shaded areas for breakfast consist of a pergola that goes around the house and a “cannicciato”, all in an unforgettable Mediterranean style. The outside of the villa is completely covered in stone, according to the ancient local tradition.

COMPOSITION

The villa is structured into two independent living blocks

Main building (all rooms are equipped with air conditioning; the 3 suits are also equipped with satellite TV): 1 suit with private bathroom with hydromassage tub; 1 suit with private bathroom with shower; 1 suit with adjacent bathroom/shower with access both from inside the room and from the corridor; 1 double bedroom close to the living area which shares the bathroom of a suite via access from the corridor; large living room which puts the house in immediate communication with the outside through 4 large French windows overlooking the sea; large dining room with table and chairs for 14 people; large fully equipped kitchen.

Trulli (dating back to 1700): these are three trulli/pajare attached to each other but independent, each with its own entrance from the outside. Each trullo is composed of 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom (2 have a shower and 1 a bathtub). In one of the trullos there is also the possibility of adding 2 beds thanks to the presence of two single sofa beds. All three trulli are equipped with air conditioning.

Very large terraces and gardens surround it, to guarantee absolute relaxation; in a secluded and panoramic corner of the large garden, surrounded by a hedge of carob trees and jasmine, with a view of the sea, there is a splendid swimming pool with spring water, accompanied by a large access staircase and 2 areas with hydromassage. Outside on the rear side there is a large patio, covered by a beautiful vine climbing which offers a cool shelter to enjoy breakfast and dinners in absolute relaxation.

The villa is ideal for hosting large groups of up to 12 adults and 6 children/teenagers.

Note: The rental cost of the villa includes sheets and towels, pool towels, water and gas consumption, daily cleaning service of the villa (3 hours for 5 days a week), gardener and pool cleaning 3 times a week. ONLY IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST: the cleaning service of the villa is extended to 6 hours per day and the garden and swimming pool maintenance will be daily.
