COMPOSITION (the Residence is on two levels)
Ground Floor: consisting of main entrance, small room embellished with a very particular square-shaped game table, large very elegant and finely furnished living room characterized by a high vaulted ceiling and precious fabrics, colors and carefully chosen pieces of art to merge into a charming and luxurious atmosphere. On the opposite side, passing through the hall again, we find a dining room with table and chairs and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 3 suits each with independent access from the outside. The rooms are equipped with double bed and en-suit bathroom with shower, international satellite TV, air conditioning and touch screen home automation electrical system. Only one of the suits overlooks the swimming pool, the other two overlook the side garden.
First Floor: composed of 2 suites with double bed, bathroom with en-suit shower, international satellite TV, air conditioning and touch screen home automation electrical system (one of the two bedrooms has an extra single bed suitable for children). Both have a large private terrace and magnificent sea views.
The entire area is covered by wifi and a multiroom sound system extended to all environments, including outdoor areas and the pool area. All bathrooms are equipped with beauty sets.
EXTERIOR
The residence is immersed in a very large property divided between the garden that surrounds the house and the olive grove that extends all around as far as the eye can see. A large L-shaped swimming pool of approximately 200sqm and 1.30m deep dominates the part of the rear garden where there are also the area set up for outdoor lunches and dinners, the bar area, the gym and the relaxation area. The property is a few km from the sea, therefore it is possible to reach the private beach belonging to the Residence in a few minutes by car.
