COMPOSITION

The house is divided into 3 levels: on the Ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a large open space living room / kitchen with large French windows onto the courtyard and the swimming pool. First floor: panoramic terrace over the roofs of the village set up with stone sofas and comfortable cushions, 1 double bedroom with canopy beds, 1 large bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with canopy bed. On the basement floor there is a wonderful SPA equipped with a large hydrogeological-massage tub, sauna and Turkish bath. The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating in every room.

OUTSIDE

Splendid courtyard equipped with deckchairs, armchairs and comfortable cushions perfect for guaranteeing moments of relaxation and rest at all hours. Small heated 2×8 salt water pool 1.90 deep.

Note: The rental cost includes: 1 set of bed linen and 2 sets of bathroom linen for each room, gas, water and electricity consumption up to a maximum of 150kw per week (any excess is the responsibility of the customer at a cost of €0.50), garden maintenance, pool towels, WIFi internet. However, extra costs remain to be paid: the final cleaning of €150 and the cost of heating (only in the winter period). Services that can be organized on request: midweek cleaning at a cost of €10 per hour. Pets allowed (small and medium size). Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay a security deposit of €500.00.

As per regulatory provisions, the tourist tax of € 0.50 per person per day for up to 15 overnight stays is payable, from 1 April to 30 September. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
