It accommodates a maximum of 8 people: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with bunk bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. A cot for children up to 3 years old is available at no extra charge.

Equipment: Air Conditioning, underfloor heating, fireplace, free Wifi, smart TV with free Netflix, patio, covered veranda, outdoor kitchen, artesian well, alarm system connected to a security company, automatic gate, video intercom, heated swimming pool.

The rental cost includes: bed linen and towels, pool towels, all utilities, WiFi internet, Netflix, 1 midweek cleaning service for stays of 7 days or more. The swimming pool is open from mid-March to mid-November and on request it is possible to have the water heated at a cost of €1 per cubic meter of gas consumed. Upon request it is also possible to have: extra linen change €10 per person; midweek cleaning service €15 per hour.
