INDOORS

Central body: Living room with windows, Smart TV, sofa area and dining table; Large kitchen equipped with all utensils: oven, fridge with freezer and ice maker, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee station and kettle; 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin (that can be set up as double if requested), all equipped with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

The annex: located in the pool area, is equipped with 1 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and Smart TV.

The property is completed by a refined outdoor garden living area, seamlessly connected to the dining room and TV lounge, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space in total comfort year-round. The area is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. A new outdoor kitchen and dining area, equipped with a traditional wood-fired oven, has also recently been built.

OUTDOORS

At the exclusive disposal of guests is a 75 m2 private swimming pool heated with a salt system, as well as a piped music system throughout the external solarium area surrounding the swimming pool. The circular stone gazebo is characterized by an external living area consisting of a circular dining table with 14 seats, wood-burning oven, barbecue and sink. Between the Mediterranean garden and rows of centuries-old olive trees, a botanical garden, a fitness area, a pavilion for yoga and massages are available to guests, shared with the PriMo trullo which is on the neighboring property. For exclusive use of guests there are open air cinema (service on request and at and extra cost) and a children’s play area.

The entire structure is equipped with Wi-Fi service and perimeter alarm.
