COMPOSITION (the building is divided into 2 floors) – 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom

Ground Floor: large fully equipped kitchen and a large, very bright living room thanks to the large windows that characterize all the rooms of the building. On the same floor there are also 2 twin/double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First Floor: 2 bedrooms communicating with each other, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds (the latter can become a double bedroom with a single bed upon request) and 1 bathroom/shower shared between the two bedrooms; The floor is completed by 1 large double bedroom and a bathroom/shower with access from a living area furnished with sofas and fireplace.
EXTERIOR: large, well-kept garden equipped with a pergola where you can have lunch/dinner outside and with a swimming pool located on a slightly raised terrace and in a reserved area at the bottom of the property.

Note: Weekly prices include bed linen and towels and garden care by a gardener. Palazzo Mosca and Palazzo Blu can be rented together because they are adjacent and connectable through the internal courtyards. In this way they reach a total of 12 bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 25 guests.
