Beautiful period building located in the historic center of the town of Nardò, a few km from the beaches of the Ionian coast in the Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo areas, Palazzo Maritati retains the charm of a period noble residence which has now been totally renovated to welcome its guests in an elegant and comfortable environment, characterized by a modern style and embellished with contemporary works of art coming from all over the world and belonging to the owner’s private collection.

COMPOSITION (spread over 2 floors)

Palazzo Maritati has a total of 4 double bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one (the master bedroom) on the first floor. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suit bathroom, one of those located on the ground floor has access to the bathroom from the corridor. Furthermore, still on the ground floor, the largest room is also equipped with a small heated internal swimming pool which is accessed by a staircase inside the room which leads to a dedicated room on a lower level.

EXTERIORS

The building has a beautiful terrace which enjoys a splendid view over the roofs of the historic center and on which there is a solarium area and a small swimming pool (dipping pool) perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. On the terrace there is also the outdoor dining and relaxation area.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, daily cleaning, WiFi internet, 24/7 assistance. Upon request it is possible to organize breakfast service and chauffeur service. Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay the security deposit for damages of €1,500.00.
