Masseria Bosco Alto

Prestigious farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, Bosco Alto has been completely renovated by its owners to become a charming residence that was not only their good retreat but also a place to welcome those who wanted to spend a holiday immersed in the extraordinary nature of this area by staying in a few km from the enchanting beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian coast. The Masseria is suitable for hosting large families or groups of friends who wish to try a unique experience, in a magical place where space and time are lost between the walls of tuff and Lecce stone, among the trees of the holm oak grove or in the beautiful swimming pool in marble surrounded by a familiar and welcoming atmosphere.

COMPOSITION

The farm is composed of a central body in which there is an entrance, a living area and a large eat-in kitchen and two side wings, accessible from the outside through a large courtyard in which there are 5 independent double bedrooms, each with its bathroom, air conditioned and each characterized by a colour. Access to the rooms is protected and shaded by a beautiful pergola covered with climbing plants. The structure is completed by an annex adjacent to the main body, a characteristic Salento Pajara consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have the possibility of having an additional bed on request.

EXTERIORS

The Masseria is surrounded by 3 hectares of greenery with olive grove, orchard and vegetable garden. It is characterized by a beautiful grove of holm oaks, typical examples of Mediterranean evergreen oak groves, which allows you to take pleasant walks in the shade of a cool shelter. The Masseria also has a large marble swimming pool (18x8m), solarium area with umbrellas and sunbeds, outdoor shower, covered parking area, internal courtyard set up with various relaxation areas and a comfortable area for outdoor dining.

EQUIPMENT

Each room is equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, mini fridge. Three of the bedrooms have the possibility of having an additional bed on request.

Note: the rental cost includes all water and gas consumption, electricity consumption up to a maximum of kw… per week (the excess will be borne by the tenant and will be quantified based on the actual consumption per cost of € per kW..), WiFi internet, bed linen and towels, pool towels, vegetables from the garden, 2 midweek cleaning services, final cleaning, 1 complete linen change mid-stay. Security deposit to be paid one week before arrival via the swikly system €2,000.00.
