Villa Moruse is an elegant loft located in the countryside of Melendugno, on the provincial road Melendugno – Calimera. Only 10 km from the sea of ​​San Foca and 16 km from the famous beach of Torre dell’Orso. The interiors, with a clear minimalist imprint, offer every modern comfort with sober but characterful environments.

COMPOSITION

The villa is spread over two floors:

the entrance is a spacious open space room overlooking the olive grove, where the swimming pool dominates its enchanting garden. A large wooden staircase leads to the open gallery on the first floor, where the 3 double bedrooms overlook (one with a queen-size bed) and 1 bathroom shared between two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a comfortable walk-in closet and large en-suit bathroom with large circular bathtub and shower. Adjacent to the entrance hall there are several rooms: The living room with fireplace, the kitchen with central island, the back kitchen, the dining room, 1 double bedroom recently built and a bedroom with a double sofa bed that can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. All the rooms overlook, with large windows, the patio that surrounds the house.

The guest bathroom on the ground floor is characterized by the same dry stone wall that we find in the living room behind the fireplace.

OUTDOORS

The outdoor patio offers adequate cover to the comfortable table, ideal for convivial lunches and dinners in the open air with a breathtaking view of the pool and the olive grove.

Adjacent to the house we find a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, showers and toilets, with the possibility of hosting service staff.

Note: The rental cost includes bed linen and towels, all utilities, wifi internet and the garden care and pool cleaning service by a trusted gardener. The cost of final cleaning, which amounts to € 170.00, to be paid on site upon entry into the villa and the tourist tax are excluded from the rental fee. On request, at an extra cost, it is possible to organize cleaning services and midweek linen change. Deposit required: € 700.00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
