EXTERIOR

The property is characterised by a very large plot of almost 7 hectares of land containing a well-kept garden of about 5,000 square meters featuring a beautiful array of carefully maintained trees, plants and flowers. Large green areas extend between the trulli and the large pool while fragrant herb bushes embellish flowerbeds and trails. Down the hill is a thick, lush forest that can be easily reached by foot thanks to the paths throughout the proprietary. Further down, below the trullo there is a large swimming pool (16 × 8) and a jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the valley. Adjacent to the pool is a large terrace covered by a canopy with white wooden beams set in stone with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs to ensure pleasant moments of relaxation in the fresh air for large groups (up to 40 people). 2 outdoor showers with hot water around the deck area of ​​the pool. Large parking area (up to 10 cars).

Note: 5 bedrooms have a sofa bed suitable for children. The cost of renting includes bedlinen and towels, utilities, WiFi and a biweekly cleaning service. It’s possibile to request additional cleaning services at the cost of €30 per hour and cook on request at €200 per service (up to 12 guests) food and beverage is not included.
