Beautiful trullo with swimming pool located in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica just a few minutes from the city center (4km). Beautifully renovated, Trullo Paola retains all the characteristics of the rural buildings of the area combined with the comfort and charm of simple furnishings in light tones perfectly integrated with the environment. Stone and wood stand out thanks to the large, very bright spaces that can contain the interior of the trullo.

COMPOSITION (three cones and five lamias) – 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Entering the house you enter directly into a trullo which serves as a large entrance / hallway. From here a short corridor on the right leads to a lamia which houses the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one of which with en-suit bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 large bathroom with shower. From the entrance on the left, on the other hand, there is access to a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a very bright living area characterized by windows that create a truly unique continuum of space between inside and outside. From the living room, a French window leads into the back garden where there is a large gazebo with stone benches perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners and a small independent lamia that houses a fourth bedroom with a French bed and a small bathroom.

EXTERIOR

The trullo surroundings and the lamias are surrounded by a large characteristic land of olive trees and splendid bushes of aromatic herbs; in the back garden, in addition to the gazebo set up for dining, there is a solarium terrace which houses a swimming pool and a gazebo set up with stone sofas, perfect for relaxing moments. N there is an outdoor shower and a small shed used as a storage for tools and to store beds and deck chairs.

Note: the rental cost includes bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, WiFi internet, gardener and pool cleaning, all water, electricity and gas consumption. However, the cost of €150 for heating in the winter periods and the final cleaning of €230 remain to be paid extra. Upon request it is possible to have cleaning services at a cost of €10 per hour, cook service, transfers to and from the airport (€90 from Bari and €60 from Brindisi), car and bike rental. Security deposit to be paid upon arrival €500.
