Note: the rental cost includes 1 set of bed linen and towels for each bed, the consumption of electricity and water and the daily cleaning service of the villa for 4 hours a day for 5 days a week (the kitchen is not rearranged. which can be requested but has an extra cost). However, there are extra costs to be paid based on consumption: the use of air conditioning (at a cost of € 0.70xkw) or winter heating and final cleaning of € 300. There is a security deposit of € 500 to be paid locally upon arrival. Furthermore, as per current legislation, the payment of the tourist tax is required upon arrival.
